I have bought and sold over 200 homes and I have never written a review for an agent, until now. Aurora is one of those people that is downright incredible at her job. From start to finish, I was impressed from the moment we registered on her website. My wife and I were moving to Alaska from the lower 48, I didn't know too much about the area, but I knew enough to pick the most difficult place to find a home. Not an issue for Aurora, she went as far as to send mailers out to homeowners in the areas that we wanted to live, trying to find us a home that wasn't even on the market yet. When we did go under contract on a home, she was right beside us helping to ensure the transaction went smoothly. After 200+ homes, you would think that I couldn't really learn anything new, and there was nothing I hadn't seen before. You would be wrong. Aurora handled all the bumps in the road like an off road race truck, keeping our transaction moving forward, and keeping us informed along the way. I didn't want to ask for anything at the inspection as my plan was to completely remodel the house. That wasn't good enough for her. She insisted that we ask for several repair items. To her credit, we got everything we asked for because Aurora is the best negotiator I've ever met. When we did close on the house we were still several weeks away from moving up to Anchorage. Aurora kept an eye on the property, and then continued to make our move up there as easy as possible. To say that she went above and beyond is an understatement. We have since bought other properties in the Anchorage area and intend on buying several more, we will never use anyone other than Aurora because she is quite literally the best at what she does. If you're looking for an agent that will go the extra mile, you owe it to yourself to go sit down with Aurora.

Wanted to say thanks for the exceptional service your agent Zach Homam provided during my recent home purchase. When I first was connected with Zach I was on my way to the airport in California flying into Alaska on a Friday and unable to reach the agent I had been talking with. Zach answered my call and had a list of homes to show me by Saturday morning, truly amazing service. He listened to what I wanted and was able to check every box on my list. This is a great team to work with and they have the ability to make it happen!
